alone!
I had the opportunity to have 3 boys stay over at my house on Friday night. Mind you, they’re all gay boyfriends, Paul, Don and the infamous John Paul Venuti. They all managed to find someone to go home with leaving me alone!
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy spending moments alone. However, I’m very social, was raised in a household of 9 and I DID want to talk to someone when I got home so I could recap the night spent at Halo, Merkado, Cobalt, Townhouse Tavern and ultimately Nation.
Well, I wasn’t all that alone when I got home! It’s 5:30 AM on Saturday morning and I have to give a HUGE shout out to my friend Andreas for the long early morning chat about my emotional worries, life’s ambition and more! Apologies to Andrew for not wanting to chat over the phone (I was already talking to Andreas!)

It’s the “silly” things that make an ordinary day, extra-ordinary. Men will always be more concerned with visual things ( i.e boobs etc. ) while women find strength in recounting their fortunes/misfortunes. I’d be more than willing to pay for a guy who will sit down and listen to what I had gone thru all day, heheheheh!

Generally, with a circle of gay men, you wouldn’t have to PAY to find a guy to listen to the days adventures, HOWEVER… when it’s last call or club closing and my boys’ beer/bear goggles are on, finding a gay man for ANY purpose is like finding a homo in the haystack.

HHHmmmm, emotional issues, no one to talk to, 3 gay male friends. Bar hopping all night with the Gay friends and watching them pick up while you sit alone and you are very nice looking) then Going home alone and attempting to recap another failed evening (yes I said failed) then conversations after 5:00am Damn! girl you do have a lot on your plate. Maybe you ought to just concentrate on the veggies for a while.
